How to Request a Storage Extension

Log into Your CNFANS Dashboard
Navigate to the CNFANS website

Navigate to 'My Parcels' or 'Warehouse'
Find the section that lists all your items currently stored in our facility. This is usually labeled "My Parcels," "Warehouse,""Storage."

Select the Parcel(s) for Extension
Check the box next to the parcel(s) you wish to keep in storage longer. You can select multiple items if needed.

Click 'Apply for Storage Extension'
Look for this button or a similar option (like "Extend Time") in the parcel management menu. A confirmation window or a new form will appear.

Choose Your Extended Duration
Select your preferred additional time period (e.g., 15 days, 30 days). Please note that extension fees may apply based on the duration and parcel details.

Confirm and Pay Any Associated Fees
Review the terms and any charges, then proceed to payment within your dashboard to secure the extension immediately.
