This tutorial will show you how to link your payment methods, safely recharge your LoongBuy balance, and efficiently handle refunds if a seller cancels or modifies your order.
Two Secure Payment Pathways
- Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Wallet".
- Click on "Link PayPal Account"
- You will be securely redirected to PayPal's official site.
- Authorize LoongBuy to use your PayPal for future transactions.
- Once linked, you can select PayPal as your payment method at checkout effortlessly.
- Go to "My Wallet""Add a New Card".
- Enter your card details (Number, Expiry Date, CVV) in our secure, encrypted form.
- Save your card information for faster checkout on future orders.
- You can set this card as your default payment method or choose it manually during checkout.
Note: LoongBuy does not store your full card number. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Safely Recharging Your LoongBuy Balance
For added convenience, you can pre-charge funds into your LoongBuy wallet.
- Go to "My Wallet" "Recharge Balance".
- Enter the amount you wish to recharge and choose either your linked PayPal or saved card as the funding source.
